Welcome to Restructuring Interviews

Welcome to the new and improved Restructuring Interviews website.

Restructuring Interviews began as a private Facebook group to share information on restructuring investment banking.

...However, over time the group grew and I began to want to write more about restructuring and distressed debt in a place where there is a greater level of permanence. 

The Restructuring Interviews course can still be found here. It contains hundreds of pages, hundreds of questions and answers, and examples of the kind of deliverables you'd see in the day-to-day role.

It's been incredibly fun to get to talk to those who have gone through the course. Being able to see folks go to places like Evercore, HL, Moelis, etc. at least partly because of what I've put together here has been incredibly rewarding (in a way I couldn't have really foreseen when I put this all together).

I've been blown away by the positive feedback and have been surprised by how many people currently in finance have picked it up because they're just curious about RX.

This new website will permanently house the Restructuring Interviews course (if you previously ordered it and needed access to the member's area, let me know).

But this website will also be a way for me to share some of the things that those curious about RX and distressed debt should be aware of. 

I think it'll be a lot of fun. Please don't be shy to reach out if you have anything in particular you want me to write about.
